Terms & Conditions

MicyStory is run by Boda Enterprise. In these terms, “we” means that company, and “you” means anyone using this service.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Give a valid email address. Password resets and important notices go there.
• Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
• One account per person. Sharing a single account between several people is not allowed.
• You can close your account at any time, and we will delete its data.

Every story on this site, along with its script and audio, belongs to Boda Enterprise or is licensed to it.

You may:

• Listen to the stories yourself, as often as you like.
• Share a link to a story with friends.

You may not:

• Download the audio and upload it elsewhere — YouTube, Telegram, a podcast app, anywhere.
• Republish the audio or scripts under your own name or anyone else's.
• Redistribute the content in any form, paid or free.
• Extract content from the site using automated tools (scraping).
• Try to bypass access controls on premium content.

The stories are fiction. Names, places and events are imagined, and any resemblance to a real person or event is coincidental.

Some content is free and will stay free. Premium content requires a subscription.

• The price and duration of a subscription are shown clearly at checkout.
• Card details never reach our servers — they go directly to the payment gateway.
• A price change does not affect a subscription already running. The new price applies from the next renewal.
• Refund rules are set out separately in the Refund Policy.

We try to keep the service running at all times, but we do not promise 100% uptime. Maintenance, technical problems, or an outage at an external service can cause interruptions.

We may remove or change any story at any time. If you have a premium subscription and a large amount of content is removed, write to us and we will discuss it.

We may suspend or close an account if:

• Content is being copied and distributed elsewhere.
• A single account is being shared between several people.
• A payment was made improperly, or chargebacks are being misused.
• There is an attempt to harm the service or other users.

We will email you before doing so, except where immediate action is necessary. If you believe a mistake has been made, write to us and we will review it again.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

This clause does not reduce the rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please write to us first — most matters are settled that way. If they are not, the courts of India will have jurisdiction.
